Pricing Policy

Falcon Fair Price Policy
Falcon pricing policy is based on value for money. We believe in a healthy competition, not in a price war. We have no way to know the prices of our competitors and ours may compare higher or lower against anyone. We worked out these in accordance with our own cost of materials and workmanship. We believe this is fair policy.

Our standard pricelist is FOB in Euro. However, we are open to quote in other modes and currencies on demand. As cost of production and currency rates keep changing, our prices may change any time without notice.

There are standard trade discounts available, for which please enquire. Falcon is willing to offer preferred pricing to those customers who commit large volume opportunities to us. Other special deals are also negotiable on merits.

Pricing vs. Quality - An Overview
There are hardly any two similar products of different origin available in the market at an exactly the same price. Likewise, there are no two manufacturers who will make similar products at an entirely matching cost. The reason is that all major factors affecting pricing like, raw material, production methods, overheads and financial considerations, may measure up differently in different setups. Therefore, it will be wrong for anyone to assume that a mosquito forceps from any two suppliers will cost the same.

The final quality of a product also has a lot to do with its cost and sale prices. Some manufacturers may spend less time to finish the job, pay less attention to fine details or be less patience with inspection and testing. They may simply be interested in turning out quantity rather than quality. No wonder we find majority of the local suppliers doing just that. On the other hand, Falcon process every instrument through many additional steps specially devised as a result of our decades of experience in this field. Therefore, if you find a bone cutter costing more from Falcon, it is worth it.

It is often said you get what you pay for. We are aware that sometime a buyer may get smart and negotiate a very low purchase price. Little does he realize at the time that in doing so he has forced the supplier to cut cost that will invariably compromise quality. The supplier may even buy varying patterns cheaply from the streets to fill the order. In other words, the buyer is himself responsible for the inferior products he is going to receive and is not entitled to blame the supplier or the whole surgical industry of Sialkot.
After all you cannot buy a Rolls Royce at the price of a Skoda!

Some buyers make mistake in selecting their suppliers. They may be attracted to a foul claim, a misleading snapshot, a bulky catalogue or a few good-looking samples. Or they may only be contacting or shifting business for a small discount. If you are lucky to know a good supplier, our advice is to stick with him. Watch your long-term interest. Spending a little more with a supplier you have tried, or someone new you can trust, is far better for your business and peace of mind.

When someone wants to buy from Pakistan, he automatically assumes prices to be a lot less than Germany. Yet, if you analysis, our advantage is only in the lower cost of labour and most other expenses are somewhat similar. We gladly share this advantage with our clients but there has to be a limit. The buyers must appreciate that if we are unable to earn a reasonable living and strengthen our infrastructure we will fail to come up to their expectations.

Over the years surgical industry of Sialkot has become the backbone of surgical industry of Tuttlingen. Most German companies are not only regularly importing made in Pakistan instruments, but also sending their raw material for finishing. They often re-export these goods under their banners as made in Germany. It is now an open secret. But unlike us they are not willing to pass this advantage to the buyers. In fact they charge you manifold. The reason you may find quality of these instruments more consistent, is because German buyers often pay more to their Pakistani associates for the job. The key is, if you pay slightly more to Pakistan, you may never have to pay a lot more to Germany.

Makes you think where and who to buy from!

Makes you think you will be better off with Falcon!
