How to order? |

Step 1: Order/Inquiry |
You can send your order/inquiry by fax, e-mail or fill in products inquiry form on our website. We will either forward your inquiry to the dealer in your area and if there is no Falcon dealer, we will be pleased to serve you direct from Pakistan or through our affiliated offices in Europe.
Falcon has policy to sell in overseas markets through authorized dealers only. We guard the interest of our dealers in all cases.
There is no minimum quantity restriction on orders for "stock items".
Minimum quantity requirement for "non-stock items" is mentioned on our website.
Minimum order value is € 500. Please add € 50 handling charges for order below this value.
All Prices listed on our website are F.O.B. in Euro.
If you wish to buy in any other currency, current exchange rate at time of order will apply. |
Step 2: Quotation/Order acknowledgement |
| Upon receipt of your inquiry/order, we will forward quotation or order acknowledgement with following information; prices in desired currency, possible discounts, transport cost, delivery time and terms of payment. |
Step 3: Payment: |
You can pay by following methods. Remittance charges will be for your account.
Bank Transfer
Cheque or draft
Western Union
Please specify your preferential method of payment in your inquiry so that we may send you further information. |
Step 4: Delivery |
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within delivery time stated in our order acknowledgement.
